Motivus

How it works

See what happens after you apply, what the agreement covers and how our five teams work on your page. We put the details up front, including cost, ownership and how to leave.

From the audit to the deal

You keep creating. We handle the audit, build your team, run the content schedule and take the results to brands.

  1. 01

    We audit the channel

We spend two weeks with your back catalogue, retention graphs and thumbnails, then compare them with the channels currently beating you. The findings are yours to keep, even if you decide not to sign.

  2. 02

We put the offer in writing

Your audit comes back with a one-page plan. It spells out what we would run on your channel, our share and the length of the agreement. You see every term before we ask you to sign.

  3. 03

    We build the pipeline

You meet your editor, clipper and designer by name. They spend the first two weeks learning how you talk, what your audience responds to and what already works. That crew stays with you and gets to know the channel properly.

  4. 04

    We post while you create

Your stream reaches the clip queue that night. We tighten the long-form edits, test thumbnails and keep the posting schedule moving. You stay focused on the part only you can do: creating.

  5. 05

    We take it to brands

Once the numbers move, our marketing team takes them to brands. We pitch the audience you have now and back every figure with live platform data. Brands can see exactly what they are buying.

What it costs and how long it runs

Up front
No signing fee. Any retainer is set out clearly in your offer before you sign.
How we get paid
Our agreements can include a monthly retainer and a share of the deals our marketing team closes. Your offer lists each cost and exactly what it covers.
What it covers
The channels you name in it, worked on by the five teams. One document covers all of it, and it is the same document a year in.
What it leaves alone
Anything we are not working on. Income you already had stays yours in full. If it is not written on the page, we have no claim on it.
What you see each month
Retention, click-through and follower movement per platform, with a note on what we changed and what it did. It arrives written down, and it takes about five minutes to read.
Who owns the channels
You do, during and after, along with the archive and the artwork. We take no stake in your handles and none in your community. If you leave, you leave with everything, the brand kit included. Some agreements in this category keep a piece of the handles or the archive, so walking out means starting from nothing. Ours does not. Being worth staying with is not the same as being hard to leave.
How long it runs
For a stated length, ending on stated notice, both printed in the document. You end it in writing and it ends. You will know the date on the day you sign.

The three blanks

The percentage, the length of the agreement and the notice period are the three things this page does not print. Motivus sets them per creator, and printing a made-up rate would be the one thing on this page you could not trust. All three are in the written offer at step 02, with the audit attached.

What each team ships

Five teams, all on staff, each carrying a handful of channels they know by name.

Clips

Every stream turns into a clip feed. An editor sits through the whole VOD, pulls the bits chat lost it over, cuts them vertical, captions them, posts them. Three a day, most weeks.

Vertical cuts, Burned-in captions, Daily posting, Platform-native hooks, Trend monitoring

Edits

Long-form people actually finish. We cut the video, build the cold open, structure the chapters, then run a retention pass before it goes live. Minute two is where most channels lose half the room. That is the minute we work on.

Full long-form edits, Cold opens, Retention passes, Chapter structure, Sound design

Graphics

Thumbnails, banners, overlays, emotes, and a brand kit that holds them together. The test is the sidebar. Someone should know an upload is yours from the picture, before they have read a word of the title.

Thumbnail systems, Stream overlays, Emotes and badges, Brand kits, Channel art

Production

Lights, camera, audio, and a scene layout that turns a spare room into a broadcast. We spec it, we source it, we build it. When there is an event, we turn up with the crew and do it live.

Lighting design, Camera and audio, Scene layouts, Studio builds, Event setup

Marketing

Taking the channel to market. Sponsorships, brand deals, scheduling, contracts, and the chasing when an invoice goes quiet. We take a share of what we bring in, so a deal we undersell is money off our own desk.

Sponsorship deals, Contract review, Scheduling, Brand strategy, Payment chasing

Is my page ready to grow?

Follower count is only one part of the picture. We care more about how often you post, whether people keep watching and how much strong material is already sitting in your archive.

What we look at

  • How often you already post, and whether that holds up in a bad month.
  • Whether your back catalogue has moments in it. One good stream a week is enough to fill a clip feed.
  • Retention on your long-form. Where people leave tells us more than how many arrived.
  • Whether you actually want this. Three posts a day will go out under your name, and you need to be comfortable with that.

What we do not

  • Your follower count on its own. It is a record of what already happened.
  • Which platform you are biggest on. Everything we make ships to all of them anyway.
  • Whether you have ever worked with an editor. That is the part we bring.
  • A media kit. Send us the channel link and we pull the numbers ourselves.

Find the team that fits your page

We group pages by the kind of content they make. That helps us match you with clippers, editors and designers who already know the format. If your work crosses categories, we build the team around what you actually post.

  • Variety

Whatever is worth doing that week: games, reactions, an hour of just talking to chat. Clip volume runs highest here, and the hooks have to change every day to keep up.

  • FPS

Shooters and ranked play. The best moment lasts four seconds, so clips carry the channel and the cut has to land on the exact frame.

  • IRL

Camera out of the room. Travel, events, cooking, a day in the life. Long-form leads, and the clips come out of it.

  • MMO

Long sessions inside one world. Raids, guilds, progression. These audiences know every detail, so each cut keeps enough context for the people who were there.

  • Creative

Art, music, building, modding. The work on screen is the draw, so the weight sits on an edit and a thumbnail that show the craft off.

  • VTuber

The model is part of the show. Graphics carry more of the load here, with overlays, emotes, scene art and expressions all drawn to match it.

Work with Motivus

Creators receive a clear plan for their page. Brands receive a proposed creator lineup, campaign plan and pricing before making a commitment.
