BLUEHOUR has a full VTuber package now, and the rest of the roster can book it
Eleven scene frames, twenty-four emotes, and a song-request overlay that reads the live queue. Three weeks of work, and from this month it is a standing option.
SAMPLEIris Lund streams as BLUEHOUR, a VTuber with a model, a song rotation, and a karaoke night that clips itself. Since she signed in April 2025 the channel has run on a set of overlays that were built in an afternoon and never replaced. This month we replaced them.
What got built
- 11 scene frames, covering starting soon, karaoke, chat break, guest seat, and ending
- A song-request overlay that reads the live queue, with the requester’s name sized to stay legible on a phone
- 6 alert animations, drawn against the model rather than bought and recolored
- 24 emotes and 8 subscriber badges
- A title card system for the karaoke clips, so the vertical posts look like they came from the same channel as the stream
Three weeks, one designer, four review passes with Iris on the call. The song-request overlay took most of that time. Getting a live queue to look calm while it is changing underneath you is harder than any of the static work around it.
Why the model comes first
“You cannot draw the frames and then fit the character into them. The frame has to leave her room to move, and I had to watch about six hours of stream before I knew where she actually sits on screen when she is comfortable.”

That is why this is a three week job and not a template. It is also why we are only offering it to the rest of the roster now, after doing it properly once.

Any creator with a model can book the same package. Three weeks, the four review passes included, and it ships with the source files, which are yours whether or not you stay with us. That last part is not generosity. A creator who is worried about losing their artwork makes cautious decisions with it, and cautious channels do not grow.
Iris is up 219 percent since signing, and the karaoke clips are most of the reason. The package is now the first thing we build for a VTuber signing instead of the thing we get around to in month four.
