SAMPLESam raids with the same twelve people every week and streams all of it. That is eight to twelve hours where nothing happens for long stretches and then everything does at once. The channel found its audience the month those nights started being cut like episodes.

What we ship for Sam Iker
This is the least watchable raw footage on the roster and the most rewarding once it has a structure. Every question here is an editing question: what to keep, what order to put it in, and where the night actually turned.
Written for a creator who does not exist. The real version of this list gets written per channel, after the audit.
Raid nights cut as episodes
Twelve hours becomes thirty minutes, opening on the wipe that mattered, with a recap for anyone arriving at part four.
Mechanics pulled out as explainers
The fight rules get lifted from the raid footage into short standalone videos, which is what the search traffic wants and the episodes do not serve.
Name plates for the group
A roster graphic and lower thirds for the twelve regulars, so a viewer three episodes in knows who is shouting.
Progress read from his own logs
Attempt counts and boss percentages on screen, taken from the combat log, so the stakes are readable without him narrating them.
